Mystic Kids Class

Introducing an enrichment class that teaches children the fundamentals of chakras, yoga, meditation, breathwork, reiki, mindful art, ecstatic dance and fosters holistic wellness. In today's fast-paced, digitally-driven world, children are increasingly susceptible to stress, anxiety, and a disconnection from their own inner peace. These ancient practices provide tools for managing emotions, enhancing concentration, and cultivating a sense of well-being that is crucial for their overall development.
